Rules & Regulations
These rules apply across the whole of Pokémon Rebirth — the RPG and Discord. Play fair and keep Rebirth fun for everyone. Breaking a rule may result in a warning, suspension or a permanent ban.
How bans work
- A ban on one part of Rebirth (RPG or Discord) may apply to both if staff consider it warranted.
- Cheating, scamming, account trading or account sharing results in a permanent ban of every account you own.
- It does not matter how long ago a rule was broken — if you are caught, the ban still applies.
- Do not pester staff about a ban that is not yours, and do not keep contesting a decision once it has been made.
- No staff member can authorise you to use, take over or keep someone else's account. Only TT (the site owner) can — and almost certainly won't.
General conduct
- Be respectful and polite. No flaming, harassment, hate speech, threats, or vulgar/profane language.
- Keep the game kid-friendly. Rebirth is a site for players of all ages.
- Keep usernames, nicknames and profiles appropriate — nothing vulgar, offensive, or impersonating someone else.
- Do not impersonate staff or other players anywhere on the site.
- Do not publicly accuse others of cheating or rule-breaking — report it privately to staff instead.
- No spam or flooding. Do not advertise other games, sites, servers, or referral links.
- Do not beg for Pokémon, items, money, or staff powers/status.
- Do not post anyone's personal information. English only in public areas, and don't type in all capitals.
Fair play (RPG)
- No cheating. This includes autoclickers, macros, bots, scripts, using more than one window/browser to battle at once, abusing glitches, battling glitched accounts, or anything that gives an unfair advantage. If we can't tell it apart from cheating, it counts as cheating.
- Do not evade faction bonuses or any other intended game mechanic.
- If you find a bug or error, report it privately to staff — do not post it publicly and do not exploit it.
Accounts
- Do not share accounts. Masking your IP can look like account sharing and is strongly discouraged.
- Do not trade, sell or give away accounts. Give away the items inside an account instead. This applies even if the account was given to you — caught doing so means all of your accounts are banned.
- Keep your password private and log out on shared computers. Staff will never ask for your password.
- You may have at most 2 accounts per person — one main account and one storage account. Mass-creating accounts can get every one of them — including your main — banned.
- Do not create extra accounts to hoard Goldens, promo or event Pokémon. Only active, regularly-used accounts should obtain them.
- No referral farming. Referrals are for real, new players only — referring your own storage account (or any account you control) gets the points removed and can get the accounts banned.
- Do not evade bans. Wait out the full duration; do not make new accounts. Pestering staff over a ban will only extend it.
Trading
- No real-money trading. Pokémon, items and services may not be exchanged for real-world money or goods.
- No inter-site trading. Do not trade Rebirth content for items on other sites, or vice versa.
- No trading glitched Pokémon (e.g. level 0, missing images, or anything that shouldn't exist). If unsure, ask a moderator or don't trade it.
- No scamming — scammers are permanently banned. Lending or letting someone train your Pokémon is at your own risk; staff will not recover it for you.
Forums
These rules can change at any point in time — make sure you are always up to date before posting.
- All of the general conduct rules apply on the forums. No flaming, no spamming or flooding threads, no profanity, and no thread titles in all capital letters.
- Wait 20 minutes before bumping your own thread, and do not bump other people's threads as a "free bump".
- Stay on topic. Casual chat is fine, but lengthy discussions belong in their own thread in The Missingno. Files. If the talk amounts to nothing more than spam, it is spam.
- Post in the right forum: trades in Trades, contests in Contests (do not host contests in Trades), questions in the Help Section, suggestions in Ideas.
- You may not have more than 2 of your own threads on the front page of a forum at once.
- Everybody is allowed to post in your thread. No "newbie restrictions" — unless someone is actively breaking a rule, they may post.
Trading on the forums
- Trading with your storage account? Link your accounts in Settings first. Do not make trade threads involving an account that is not linked to yours.
- Do not pretend to own an account or Pokémon that is not yours — "it's on a hidden account" doesn't count. Do not put Pokémon you don't have in your thread title to get attention.
- Do not beg for Pokémon. This means no asking for freebies or "donations".
- Only offer Pokémon that can actually be traded. Staff will not transfer Pokémon, money, or anything else to complete a forum deal.
- All of the Trading rules above apply: no real-money trading, no inter-site trading, no account trading, no glitched Pokémon. Dressing a rule-breaking thread up as a trade does not make it allowed.
- Avoid scams. Verify every trade in full before accepting it — once you accept, you agreed to it, and staff will not undo it because you didn't look closely. If someone can't prove an account or Pokémon is theirs, walk away.
- Report scams privately — use Report Trainer or message a staff member with all the proof you have. Do not accuse people in public threads.
Discord
- One Discord account per person on the server, with an appropriate name.
- All trading and conduct rules apply on Discord too. Keep trades in the right channel and follow staff instructions.
- Do not abuse bots or server functions, especially in ways that harm other users.
- For RPG issues when no moderator is on Discord, reach staff in-game.

Reporting & appeals
Report rule-breaking privately to a staff member (in-game message or on Discord) with full details — never in public threads or channels. If a staff member says a matter is resolved, please don't keep bugging them.
To appeal a ban, simply log in to the banned account — you'll be taken to a page where you can submit
one appeal for staff to review. If your appeal is declined, please wait the ban out.
Enforcement
Staff may issue warnings, suspensions or bans at their discretion to keep the game fair and welcoming.
Staff decisions are final. These rules may be updated at any time; continued play means you accept the
current version.
