Sending a message: click
Compose above, or use the
Message button on a player's profile. Search for a trainer by username, add a subject, and send.
- Control who can reach you: in Settings → Privacy & Safety you can set "Who can message me" to Everyone, Friends only, or No one.
- Report a bad message: received abuse, threats, or a scam? Use Report Trainer (in the User menu) with the player's username and what they said. Staff can review reported conversations.
- Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, threats, scamming, or begging. Don't share account details or try to trade outside the game. Breaking these rules can get your account muted or banned.
- Prize notifications & system alerts arrive in the separate Notifications tab below so they don't clutter your conversations.
